1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fbaja", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the fbaja platform and its operating entity, accessible at fbaja.io.
• "Platform" refers to the fbaja website, any associated mobile applications, and all related services offered under the fbaja brand.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the fbaja Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account created on the fbaja Platform, which grants access to betting, casino gaming, deposit, and withdrawal services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any financial stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other event offered on the fbaja Platform.
• "Funds" refers to the balance held in a User's fbaja Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted to a User by fbaja under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by fbaja before a User may withdraw funds or access certain platform features.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the fbaja Platform is prohibited under applicable law or fbaja policy.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action or behaviour by a User that violates these Terms & Conditions, as further described in Section 8.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fbaja Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the fbaja Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fbaja. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

Your continued use of the fbaja Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The fbaja Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. fbaja reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bets voided, and any Funds in the Account returned to the verified payment method on record, minus any Bonuses received.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The fbaja Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law do so entirely at their own risk. fbaja makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the fbaja Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8. fbaja employs technical and manual controls to identify and act on duplicate accounts.

3.4 Legal Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting under duress, and that you are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Accounts registered or used on behalf of another person are prohibited unless fbaja has provided explicit written authorisation for such an arrangement.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the fbaja Platform, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. fbaja will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify fbaja immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. fbaja accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fbaja is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we conduct KYC verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required for large transactions

fbaja reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity on any Account pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification will be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending further review.

4.4 Account Currency

All Account Funds on fbaja are held and transacted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No other currency is accepted or maintained on the Platform. There are no currency conversion mechanisms on fbaja — all deposits, withdrawals, Bets, and Bonus amounts are denominated in BDT.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fbaja supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. fbaja reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Users where practicable.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on fbaja is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Users who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit and withdrawal limits. Specific limits applicable to your Account are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically confirmed within 30 seconds of the transaction being initiated. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution. Funds are credited to your fbaja Account as soon as the deposit is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. fbaja does not charge a platform processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of submission, subject to successful KYC verification, no pending security reviews, and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. fbaja processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including all Bangladesh national public holidays.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the fbaja Account holder.
• A minimum of one (1) deposit must have been made and confirmed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• fbaja reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds before releasing funds.
• Withdrawal of funds obtained through suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any form of Prohibited Conduct will be suspended pending investigation.

5.6 Failed Transactions

In the event that a deposit or withdrawal fails due to a technical error on the part of fbaja, the transaction will be reversed or re-credited to your Account as appropriate. fbaja accepts no liability for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network outages, or Bangladesh bank processing delays beyond our direct control.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, fbaja offers promotional Bonuses to new and existing Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All Bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions which are published alongside the relevant offer on the fbaja Platform.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for each Bonus are specified in the individual promotional terms. Using Bonus funds on games not listed as eligible for wagering purposes will not contribute toward the wagering requirement and may result in Bonus forfeiture.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only and are subject to the following general eligibility conditions:

• The User must hold a fully registered fbaja Account in good standing.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit Bonuses through fraudulent registrations, coordinated betting strategies, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other form of systematic Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. fbaja actively monitors for Bonus abuse and reserves the right to void any Bets, cancel any Bonuses, and suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in such behaviour without prior notice.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All Bets placed on the fbaja Platform are subject to acceptance by fbaja. fbaja reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, limit, or void any Bet at any time — including after the Bet has been placed — where there is reasonable evidence of technical error, odds compilation error, suspicious betting patterns, market manipulation, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where a Bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the User's Account.

7.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a Bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to odds significantly deviating from the true market price due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — fbaja reserves the right to void the Bet and return the stake to the User's Account. fbaja will exercise this right reasonably and only where the error is evident and material.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports are offered at the sole discretion of fbaja. In-play markets may be suspended, limited, or removed at any time without notice, particularly in response to significant match events such as wickets, injuries, weather stoppages, or official match interruptions. In-play Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmed placement. fbaja accepts no responsibility for connection delays that result in a Bet being placed at odds different from those a User believed they were accepting.

7.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games available on fbaja — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. These games utilise independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. fbaja does not control or influence individual game outcomes. The results of all RNG games are final and cannot be challenged on the basis of perceived unfairness where the game itself has operated correctly.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Bets and casino game wagers on fbaja. These limits vary by sport, market, casino game type, and individual account status. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. fbaja reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbaja Platform. Any User found engaging in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their Bets voided, and their Funds withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account on the fbaja Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Allowing another person to access or use your fbaja Account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated tools to place Bets, exploit promotions, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, or facilitating any other financial crime through fbaja Accounts.
• Engaging in systematic Bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
• Accessing or attempting to access the fbaja Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fbaja staff, agents, or other Users in any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

fbaja is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

fbaja provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your fbaja Account.

• Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software on the Platform.

The fbaja name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of fbaja. Unauthorised use of any fbaja trademark is strictly prohibited. Third-party game provider names — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe — are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used on the fbaja Platform for descriptive purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbaja and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the fbaja Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from your inability to access the Platform due to technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or network outages.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or data feed providers.
• Losses arising from your own failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling on the Platform, beyond the return of the stake where a Bet is voided under these Terms.

fbaja's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit fbaja's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by fbaja

fbaja reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has engaged in Prohibited Conduct; (b) the Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party; (c) the Account holder has provided false information; (d) a security, fraud, or compliance investigation is ongoing; or (e) the Account holder has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period.

12.2 Termination by fbaja

fbaja may permanently close any Account for material breach of these Terms & Conditions following appropriate investigation. Where an Account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, fbaja reserves the right to withhold some or all Account Funds pending the outcome of the investigation. Where closure is due to a reason not attributable to the User's misconduct, any verified Account balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 Closure by User

You may close your fbaja Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon Account closure at your own request, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to all applicable wagering requirements having been met and no outstanding security reviews being active. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13 Amendments

fbaja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fbaja will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email, on-platform notification, or a prominent notice on this page. The date of the most recent amendment is indicated at the top of this document in the "Last Updated" field.

Your continued use of the fbaja Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which fbaja is operated. fbaja makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or compliant in jurisdictions other than that in which it operates.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved informally through communication with the fbaja support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.
